Burger was great, fries were fantastic, the store was very clean, and the team working was happy to be there. This was the best experience I’ve had at a five guys - I highly suggest this location!! We will be back!

First time to have Five Guys, and it didn't disappoint me. This location is neat and clean. Great service, too! I ordered a cheeseburger, fries, and an Oreo milkshake, and everything was truly delicious. The burger patty was perfectly cooked, and the buns were tasty as well as their toppings. The fries were so good and so tasty on their own. I also didn't expect that they would have put a lot of fries in my brown bag. I don't think there is another restaurant that can make delicious fries like Five Guys. Lastly, the Oreo milkshake was so thick and absolutely yummy! I'd definitely come back here again and try the other menu options.

I've always loved Five Guys. For nearly a month I've been craving the succulent food which they have to offer, and the Coca-Cola Freestyles with which I can refresh my mouth with custom flavors and combinations. But this --- this!!! This actually did not meet my expectations. It far exceeded them. The food was amazing. The Freestyles had low syrup on a lot of sodas, but other than that, they were great. The food was cooked hot and quickly. To quote what I wrote down on the paper note card, "I can't draw, so I write things down Five Guys is the best food in town." All those people looking at their food and service, and giving this restaurant one-star reviews are either way too picky or it was just a crazy anomaly. Karen says I should give them one star. You know what I say. Fine, I will. One star per guy. That adds up to Five Stars for Five Guys. Y'all keep doing great at your job.

The guys working Saturday evening were on it! Store was spotless and the team greeted me as I entered, topped me off with fries right as I picked it up. One of the better burgers I’ve had in a while

Shout out to Trenika! She took our order and she is basically the poster child for excellent customer service She was super friendly, knowledgeable & just an all around likable human being Oh, and the food was just as good as the service ⭐

Great shake, even better burger. Very clean restaurant! Bathrooms were so clean my mom could smell the cleanliness. It was slower on Christmas Eve and the service was quick and our food was brought to our table. And they hang local artwork!

We had a very disappointing experience today getting carryout. While waiting 15-20 min for our order in a nearly empty restaurant we witnessed 4 of the 5 employees go for break, only one was working. When the others came back they were talking and working at the pace of a snail. We witnessed two employees argue with one another on the grill. It was very disappointing that service was so poor. We normally go to the Dublin location which has top notch experience, this was not our experience today. Won’t be visiting again.
